Company Overview

Bluebird Documentation (BBD) is an online documentation platform for individuals and teams alike. We launched the platform in early 2024. BBD now includes the following features: My Notebook, individual documentation, Team Workspaces, and Walkthroughs.

1. My Notebook is a digital notebook complete with user settings, page backgrounds, stylus compatibility, and palm rejection.
2. Documentation is split between individual documentation, and Team Workspace documentation. Team Workspaces are how users can create a space in BBD for their team.
3. Walkthroughs are a creative solution to onboarding team members. They are a collection of documents with a specified order.

Role Summary & Responsibilities

As an Associate Technical Marketing Specialist at Bluebird Documentation, you will be responsible for providing creative marketing solutions. Essentially, we need your help in reaching prospective users, and enhancing brand awareness/following. Listed below are some key responsibilities.

1. Manage and post existing BBD social media accounts.
2. Create, manage, and post on new social media accounts.
3. Launching a cold email/call campaign.
4. Taking detailed notes on marketing campaigns, and communicate important details with the rest of the team.
5. Identifying user groups that would be interested in the platform, and researching their background.
6. Record feedback of marketing campaigns, and use that to constructively improve marketing campaign.

It is important that you are able to take initiative on the job. We're happy to provide anything needed, answer any questions, etc, but the marketing objective is solely yours.

Qualifications & Skills

The below points are generally required for this position.

1. Ability to work independently on tasks and responsibilities.
2. Taking initiative on the job.
3. Competency in reading and writing English and Arabic.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills; with proficiency in writing clear and professional emails.
5. Knowledge on using meeting tools like Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
6. Attention to detail. Especially important for marketing campaigns to curate communication to the prospective user's background.
7. Extensive experience on utilizing various social media platforms.

These points listed below are not required, but nice to have for this position.

1. Basic automation/scripting experience.
2. Proficiency with graphic design and tools like Canva.
3. Familiarity with free AI marketing tools.

Work Arrangement

You'll be working remotely. All that is needed is stable internet connection. There is strong preference for individuals located in Syria.

Salary

Salary will be negotiated at the end of the interview meeting.
