The previous release contained some research action items related to planning the Team Workspace feature, and this release is where those plans get implemented.

New Team Workspace Feature

Team Workspaces are the ability for users to establish an "organization" level interface within Bluebird Documentation. Listed below is what this feature entails.

1. Team Workspace names are provided by the user, and that name will be appended to the website's base URL; establishing the user's own workspace with a unique URL.
2. Owners of a Team Workspace can assign permission to added users. These permissions will include Admin, Read/Write, and Read Only.
3. Users can only create one workspace.
4. Subscribers will get to choose a Team Workspace Theme.

This feature is essentially to take Bluebird Documentation to the next level; to become a full fledged documentation app. Suitable for individual users, small businesses, and startups.

Themes

The previous release did not contain a theme, so we'll be releasing the Dark Purple Theme.

UI Enhancements

We'll continue to improve the UI for different display sizes, and implement UI feedback from users.

Quill Editor (Rich Text Editor)

1. Add full screen view for the text editor.
2. Some of the icons in the text editor are hard to see if they're selected or not. We'll be adding to the styling to fix that.

Documentation Enhancements

1. Add the ability for users to upload documents. To save cloud storage, these will likely have to be ZIP files.
2. On the sidebar, we're going to do a simple change to make spaces also collapsible, so that there's more room; especially if a user has a lot of documents.
3. Add a document search feature for one's own documents and walkthroughs.

Stability Improvements

These are enhancements to keep user experience with this platform stable. There are still some quirky behaviors that we're working out. Below are issues that are planned to be fixed this release.

1. Not allowing special characters in document title.
2. Not allowing users to create and/or edit documents with a blank name.

Bugfix

1. Removing a social media link in the account settings page doesn't work. Fix this so that users can remove a social media link.
