Workspace Permissions
This page contains all the possible permissions that can be assigned to default and custom roles.
A lot of enhancements are coming to role permissions for Team Workspaces; this is something we definitely aim to continue to improve.
The table below outlines the expected permissions for all default roles: Viewer (read-only), Editor (read/write), and Administrator.

Below are a couple of points on what certain roles cannot do. These are all as of this current release; some of these are likely to change.
- Viewers cannot view documents that are not published.
- Viewers and editors cannot view the workspace settings page.
- Viewers and editors cannot pin/unpin documents on the workspace dashboard.
