Release 2.3
This page contains public notes on Release 2.3 for Bluebird Documentation.
Release 2.3 is mainly going to contain general enhancements, and lots of behind the scenes changes. These behind the scenes changes aren't things that would affect users directly.
Users can view the public board for Bluebird Documentation by visiting this link. Although, now that the release is complete, tasks related to Release 2.3 will be archived.
General Enhancements
- Added an advanced search feature for personal and Team Workspace documentation.
- Removed the limit of one Team Workspace per user. Users can now own as many Team Workspaces as they like. The only cap now is the storage limit on the account.
- Public BBD: Added the linked task and user mention functionality.
- Users can now mention other users in personal and Team Workspace documentation.
- To mention another user in personal documentation, that document has to be shared with others to be able to mention them.
- For Team Workspace documentation, any user in the Team Workspace can be mentioned.
- Users can export personal and Team Workspace documentation as markdown or JSON.
Bugfixes
- The forms in the help and support pages required users to be signed in and verified, but there is no mention of this, so users would just get an error when trying to submit the form. Changed the UI to give better indiciation, and advised users that can't sign in to connect on Discord.
- Sometimes, verified users might still see the banner on the home page after verifying their email. Originally, a refresh would fix this issue, but also included a fix to not show the banner at all if newly verified.
