Release 1.4 is now complete. This release focused on general enhancements — particularly around public board interactiveness, task exporting improvements, and account management.

What went into this release

BBTM-37 Public Board Task Suggestions

Users can now create tasks on public boards. Submitted tasks require review before being published. By default only owners can review and approve submissions, but owners can extend this permission to other roles. A new review interface lets reviewers approve or deny submitted tasks and choose where to place them on the board (Backlog, To Do, etc.).

BBTM-39 Account Deletion

Users can now delete their Bluebird Suite account. A static account deletion URL has been added to meet Google Play Store requirements, after receiving a notification that a deletion link was mandatory.

BBTM-40 Export Improvements - Task Type and Children

Task exports now include task type and any child tasks. All available task fields are included in exports going forward.

BBTM-41 Task Search When Exporting by Specific Task

When exporting by specific task, users can now search for a task by name rather than scrolling through the full task list.

BBTM-35 Archived Tasks Visibility on Public Boards

Public board settings now include an option to make the archive library visible to the public, alongside other existing public visibility controls.

BBTM-38 Create Child Task from Context Menu

Right-clicking a task card now includes an option to create a child task directly from the context menu.
